当店オリジナルの自家製グラノーラ。

少し塩味をきかせ、そばの実が香ばしく香るグラノーラ。
ドライイチジクやカボチャの種を入れて甘さのアクセントをプラスしています。

クッキーのようにぱくぱく食べられるようにごろっとザクっと仕上げています。もちろんヨーグルトやアサイーなどと合わせていただくのもおすすめです。

ちなみに、、
"Casera"とはスペイン語で"自家製"という意味で、店主が思い入れのあるスペインの言葉で名付けました。

【Homemade Granola】

Our original house-made granola, crafted in-house.

Lightly seasoned with salt and featuring the rich, nutty aroma of roasted buckwheat groats, this granola is filled with dried figs and pumpkin seeds for a touch of natural sweetness.

We bake it into chunky, crunchy clusters that are easy to snack on just like cookies. It’s also delicious served with yogurt, acai bowls, or your favorite breakfast.

A little story behind the name…
“Casera” means “homemade” in Spanish. We named it after a Spanish word that holds a special meaning for the owner.
